The whole condo is equipped with central air. There is also underground parking. Lastly, there is an underground storage locker with almost nothing in it that you'd be available to use. The condo is downtown and basically close to anything and everything you need: Loblaws, LCBO, TTC, etc. ABOUT ME: I'm a 30 year old guy who works in Yorkville for a clothing company. I work Monday to Friday 9-5 (more or less). I'm extremely laidback and typically just like to chill out on work nights. Come the weekend, however, I definitely enjoy a beer or two with friends.
