Available June 1st for long term (at least 8 months), preferably a year. For garage parking, we charge $220 a month, which is separate from the rent. Looking for respectful people that are graduate students (Masters or PhD is fine), or people who are working already. For furnishing of each room, we will provide a bed, desk, chair, night stand, lamp, and waste basket. If they get cold easily, we will provide a small heater for their room. The price includes all utilities, also high speed internet (ethernet and wireless). Additional information: Kitchen and bathrooms are shared with other tenants. There is a common space living/dining room to share. In the kitchen, we will supply a toaster and electric kettle. Also paper towels, hand soap, detergent, and sponges will be available for all to use. We are willing to provide these in hopes that they will keep the common places clean. For the first floor and second floor bathroom, we will provide the toilet paper. General cleaning will be done for the common spaces (first and second floor bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen, and living and dining area). Floor plans of the house are available upon request. The furniture in the pictures does not necessarily correspond with the current furniture.
