Hello! My name is Sam and I am looking for a female roommate to fill the extra bedroom in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment at Riverpark in Redmond. The apartment is about 1000sq ft with a 22’x5’ deck overlooking the park (see photo). You would get your own private room (10’x12’ with attached closet) and private bathroom. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. You must be okay with dogs.
The apartment is just off the beautiful sammamish river trail which is perfect for running, biking, etc. It is also just a quick 10 min walk to redmond town center, QFC and/or Trader Joes.
Rent is $2387/month but we would split it. The amount that you would be responsible for is ~1200. Parking is $50 for an unassigned spot or $105 for assigned spot. Pet rent is $50/month per pet (max 2).
