Off the living room you will find the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and a Keurig coffee machine. There is an adorable breakfast nook connected to the kitchen which features seating for 5! There also is a full bathroom on this level. At the front of the house on the first floor is a large room that can double as a home office or another bedroom with a trundle that has two twin beds. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor. These include one room with a King size bed, and two rooms with queen beds. There is a small full bathroom off of the room with the King size bed, and a large full bathroom in the hallway just outside the other two bedrooms. Both of these rooms also have desks to accommodate all of your work from home needs! The washer/dryer are also located on this level for your convenience! The two piazzas and large backyard allow you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! The second floor piazza has a spacious seating area and a swinging bench and the backyard has a dining table, grill, and Adirondack chairs. The home comes with enough off-street parking for 2 cars stacked.
