Fully-furnished large (120 sq ft) basement room with 2 large windows, built-in shelving, recessed lights and a large 2.5 x 5.5 ft closet for $1,095 all inclusive/month - available for move-in July 1 (or possibly a few days before, if needed). Pictures of the room are shown as it looks upon move in, as well as how our roomie has setup the room (for reference). Total of 8 people + 3 chiweenie dogs living in the house (4 rooms upstairs, 3 rooms in basement, full bath on each floor, two kitchens). You would share a bathroom with two other roommates. We all share the giant kitchen and half bath on the main level. Only singles (no couples), and no additional pets please!
