Its a very nice cozy basement unit very near the Dundas west subway station. I am transfering my lease. You wd start a new one year lease starting at March 2 with the Landlord...He reuires OREA application to be filled, Recent credit report, Proof of Income, and employment. Do not contact if you cant provide these documents. Maximum two people allowed. Some parts of d celing are 5'8" other parts are 6'3" in height.
