***UTILITIES***
1. Our Utilities Concierge Service will assist in connecting your utilities prior to moving in to your rental home.
2. Forget about the hassle of having to contact different utility companies to get things turned on prior to move in. Receive one bill for your utilities and rent and pay them in a place.
3. Pay only $125 utility hook up fee(NON-REFUNDABLE) instead of approximately $350 through the utility company.
4. A monthly service fee of $9.95 will be itemized in your utility charges.

***PET POLICY***
1. We require $225 non-refundable fee each pet and $20 add-on for your first pet and $10 add-on for each succeeding pet on top of the rent per month maximum of 3.
