Our three bedrooms come with accent colored walls that are cream colored all around the whole apartment as well as a crown modeling finish throughout the kitchen, living and dinning room area. This floor plan does include all of the major appliances that are a black finish and a full size washer and dryer. The cabinets are a warm maple wood color that are located throughout various parts of the kitchen and the counter tops are Formica. There will be track lighting that will be located in the dinning room area and there will be a ceiling fan in both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom will include a walkin closet and the two other rooms will have sliding mirror door closets. Two of the bedrooms will be located side by side, opposite of the master bedroom. In the hallway of the two bedrooms there will be a built in desk area with bookshelves. Both bathrooms have garden tubs however, the second bathroom will have two sinks.
