4-Maximum hold period is 10 days.
5-Minimum 1-year lease
If you don't meet the minimum requirement, double Security Deposit will be required, if the Landlord elects to accept your application. Landlord reserves the right to use one and/or all criteria to determine approval/rejection. Lease contract is for a minimum of one year. We do not do short term leases.
We only hold a property for a maximum of 10 days with a Non-Refundable $500 HOLDING FEE upon approval (it will be applied towards the total security deposits once the Lease is signed). If you are not looking to move within the next 2-3 weeks, you may want to check back at a later time.
Application fee is $85 per applicant. All adults must submit an application to be screened.
Please note for all condos and townhomes, HOA only allows up to two small pets, maximum weight is 25 lbs each at maturity. All pets and service animals must be disclosed at time of application and are required to be registered with the HOA upon move in. Owner reserved the right to rescind all approvals and terminate the signed lease contract, if not disclosed.
MOVE-IN FUNDS REQUIRED:
-1st month's rent (pro-rated as appropriate)
-Security Deposit= equivalent of one month deposit
-Cleaning deposit=$500
-Keys/remotes/FOB deposits= $300.
