There is plenty of room, parking, large yard and plenty of stuff to do. The main floor has an open floor plan with a living room, large table to gather around for dinner and a large kitchen with a bar area and bar stools for more seating. There is also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped with a shower and soaking tub, and the laundry room on the main level. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom is a large open room with a queen bunkbed. Huge room for entertainment on second level including a rec area with a pool table and foosball table. There is a door that opens up to a nice deck that wraps around the front of the house. Giant master bedroom with a king bed and bunkbed (twin over full) and includes a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom is connected to this bedroom and has a separate shower and oversized soaking tub. Master has two sliding glass entrances to outside patios areas. One is accessed only from the master bedroom. There are 2 more bedrooms on the upper level of the house, one with a queen size bed and the other with a bunkbed (twin over full) and another bathroom with a standing shower. Tenants pay for all utilities and snow removal.
