APPROVED APPLICATION! SUPERIOR - Single Recreational Vehicle (RV) lot for rent in the town of Superior, located off of Interstate 90. The RV pad is located on a good sized lot/yard, which is available for tenant use with RV pad lease. All tenants must be pre-approved by Plum Property Management prior to moving an RV onto the lot. No age restriction on RV, but the RV must pass inspection by Plum's property management department. The approved tenant is responsible for ensuring their RV will fit on the RV pad and connect to the hookups without issue, prior to signing a rental agreement with Plum Property Management. Electric and water hookups are as is and any modifications to ensure proper hookup to the RV are the tenants responsibility. In addition, tenants are responsible for keeping heat tape and insulation on the water connection/hookup to the water line, once connected. SPECIAL TERMS: Tenants are responsible for electric (both 120V & 210V plugs available), garbage (garbage billed with rent - $45.00/month), lawn care, and snow removal. Owner provides water and sewer services. Cats permitted and dogs may be considered with owner approval. No more than two pets. $50.00 monthly pet rent per pet + $500.00 pet deposit per pet.
