The laundry room is fairly large with additional space for storage. Back in the dining room is the access to the bathroom. The bathroom has lots of linen space and a tub shower. Next is the large living room, it has lots of space for a huge couch. Next is the last bedroom, which is the largest of the bedrooms. Tenant pays water, sewer and garbage through the City of Mitchell. Tenant pays gas and electric through NWPS. Tenant pays for any desired internet or cable through Midco. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
