The home has forced air gas heat. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer hookups. Basic garbage is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Rent: $1,895.00 per month. Minimum Gross Applicant Income: $5,685.00 per month (3 times monthly rent).
