The roommates are young professionals ages late 20s and early 30s mixed sex and all have gone through background/credit checks. Must have no criminal history, and proof of income to cover the rent and utilities. The minimum lease is 12 months. There is a $50 application fee. At the time of signing the lease, one month's rent as security deposit and the first month's rent is due. Tenant responsible for his/her share of the utilities. Usually run between $80-250 per person which includes Electricity, Water bill, cleaning service & Internet. The property is updated and has AC central heating.
