Jasmine Garden is a 164 unit community in Compton, CA.  The community sits on over 13 acres of land so all of our 65 buildings are spaced out comfortably.  In addition, our professional on-site staff is available to assist you 5 days a week between the hours of 9am through 4pm.  We also provide 24/7 on-call maintenance for any emergencies that may arise.   Normally our waiting list is several years long.  However, our 1-4 bedroom waiting list was recently exhausted.  This is great news for you because, if you add your name to the list now, you can possibly move-in very soon.  In order to qualify for a 1-4 bedroom unit, the housing authority requires that you have a household size of 2-8 people.  There are income restrictions as well as other qualifications you must meet in order to be approved.   Income restrictions for both 50% and 60% units 2 person household: 50%- $66,650, 60%- $79,980 3 person household: 50%- $74,950 , 60%-$89,940 4 person household: 50%- $83,300, 60%-$99,960 5 person household: 50%- $89,950, 60%-$107,940 6 person household: 50%- $96,600, 60%-$155,920 7 person household: 50%- $103,250, 60%-$123,900 8 person household: 50%- $110,000, 60%-$132,000
