MARCH 1 TO MAY 31. The apartment is technically a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom but one bedroom is a dedicated office space. Large main living area with wall unit complete with library, 50-inch flat screen TV with Netflix, Crave, Amazon Prime & HDMI cables. The dining area has a large wood table, 4 chairs and a small bench to comfortably seat a total of 6 people. Behind the couch and beside the dining area is an open space which serves as a great spot for two people to work out/do yoga/stretch. We have some weights (ranging from 5-80 lbs), 2 yoga mats and some resistance bands we're happy to leave for you if you'd like to make use of them. Our modern kitchen has a large island and is well-equipped with all essential appliances and tools (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Vitamix, Le Creuset dutch oven, dishes, utensils, glassware, etc.) all available for use. The fridge is quite big and has a water dispenser, and the freezer has an ice maker. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed, office workspace (desk, chair, monitors, printer), dresser and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is the dedicated office with a sit-stand desk, monitor, and large lounge chair. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, large mirror and full sized closet for storage, and an en-suite bathroom with dual-head shower. The main bathroom has a shower and tub, with large cupboards for storage. The unit also has a laundry room including a sink, washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies. Once the weather warms up we also have a big back patio/balcony with an outdoor sectional couch that gets some afternoon sun. Our apartment has a few low-maintenance plants that would need watering 1-2 times a week as a small ask while we are away :) The building is equipped with a small gym, party room, and secure mail room for deliveries. No parking space but there is visitor parking that is almost always available, as well as a Green P parking lot directly across the street. Dundas West has lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and parks within walking distance. Dates are from March 1st to May 31st. We love our spot and hope you will too!
