The initial lease term is a minimum of 12 months, with flexible extension options available thereafter. The building does not have an elevator. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Electricity is individually metered, and you pay it directly to Seattle City Light. Water is "sub-metered, and along with sewer and garbage, is billed back to you separately approximately every two months. Pet Policy: Up to two household pets permitted (cats only). Pets must be at least one year old, housebroken/litter box trained, spayed or neutered, and current on legally required vaccinations. Pets (as well as service/ESA animals must be screened and approved by completing and applicaton you can find at: umanopm.petscreening.com). Additional deposits and monthly rent apply for "pets". Pet deposits are $400 for one pet and $500 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $35 for one pet and $50 for two pets. There is no additional deposit or monthly rent for approved service or ESA animals. Monthly living costs include our Resident Benefits Program, which offers convenient ACH (“no-check”) rent payments, $1,000 accidental damage protection, emergency overnight housing assistance, security deposit review assistance, lockout/lost key protection, and additional resident-focused benefits.
