There is a second full bathroom in the basement, as well as a large laundry/utility room. There is an installed radon system, central heating and cooling, and a 2-car garage. Only a short distance to Observatory Park and University of Denver! Easy access to I-25 / Light Rail and just a short drive to downtown Denver and Tech Center, with a variety of shops and eateries nearby in the area. You will need to submit proof of income at the time of application submission. *660+ credit score is required. *Applicants may be considered with credit scores between 659 and 620 with an added recurring monthly Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent. Approved applicants can resubmit credit information later if credit score is improved to 660+.
