For approval please send a message to the host stating the breed, age, and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. The pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on the property. Service animals must be disclosed in advance and are not to be left unattended. Available for short and long-term rentals June to January. 30 day+ rentals will have a $100 cap on the electric allowance. Any overage will be the responsibility of the guest. For a 6-month rental, the tenant must pay all applicable fees, including application and lease preparation. All rentals less than 6 months are subject to 11.5% bed tax.
