Each apartment features gourmet kitchens equipped with a full stainless steel appliance package, modern white cabinetry, and quartz counter tops. The kitchen has a double door pantry closet - storage will not be an issue in this apartment! Master suites are large enough to easily fit a king size bed and storage will not be a problem as each master suite has a jumbo full walk-in closet. Contemporary flooring is complimented by a custom paint package. Each residence comes with a side by side washer and dryer and an oversized private balcony perfect for grilling. Included in the rent is one assigned outdoor parking space - we do have an additional parking space available for lease. All rent payments, general inquiries, and maintenance requests are done thru a convenient and efficient online portal. We pride ourselves on fanatical customer service - all tenants will receive a response to maintenance requests or general inquiries within ONE business day.
Please note that after seeing the apartment ANY prospective tenant that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a non-refundable $50 application fee. Keep in mind we will run a credit check and amongst other things 700+ Transunion credit score is required to lease. We will do employment and income verification also and will require 2 most recent paycheck stubs or sufficient proof of income. If an application is approved in order to lease the apartment we require the following #1. Signed lease, #2. security deposit equal to one month rent #3. First month rent. Before scheduling an appointment, please make sure you meet credit qualifications, can prove income and have the funds required.
