Included in the rent is one assigned outdoor parking space - we do have an additional parking space available for lease. All rent payments, general inquiries, and maintenance requests are done thru a convenient and efficient online portal. Please note that after seeing the apartment ANY prospective tenant that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a non-refundable $50 application fee. We will do employment and income verification also and will require 2 most recent paycheck stubs or sufficient proof of income.
