HOLD FEE POLICY Upon application approval, a hold fee of up to the first full month’s rent plus the $250 non-refundable administrative fee is due within one business day. This removes the home from the market and holds it until the move-in date. The hold fee is applied to the first full month’s rent. Applications will continue to be considered until all funds are received. If the approved tenant does not sign the lease or take possession, the hold fee is non-refundable and will be paid to the Broker as compensation for marketing, screening, administrative work, and removing the property from the market.
