There are some criminal backgrounds that would be reason for denial, including but not limited to: any conviction misdemeanor or felony that involves ANY violence or selling drugs. Absolutely NO Sex Offenders. All adults (18+) must submit an application. - $50 per application, per adult. We allow pets up to 30lbs. There are certain breeds that our insurance does not allow.
