The common areas are furnished and include a 100" projector, weight lifting set, kitchen appliances, and dishware. We have a guest room where visitors can stay up to 3 nights. We have 2 medium-sized Korean Jindo dogs named Chewy and Alex. If you have a dog you'd like to bring, we'll ask you to bring them when you come tour. They usually get along with younger male dogs. Unfortunately, my partner is allergic to cats. Rental terms are flexible, but would like at least a 6 month commitment. Utilities + internet are an extra $100/mo.
