Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer & dryer hook ups. Water & sewer are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Rent: $1,595.00 per month. Minimum gross household income: $4,785.00 per month (3 times monthly rent).
