Fireplaces are decommissioned and may not be used. No air conditioning. One dog may be permitted with prior approval. No pet fee. Tenant must have the home, appliances, and carpets professionally cleaned before moving out.
Applicants must have income of at least 3x the monthly rent. A minimum credit score of 640 is required. No evictions or bankruptcies within the past seven years. $65 application fee applies to each adult applicant. All adult over 18 must apply and be approved. Required tenant benefit package is $29/month. $150 administration fee due upon approval. Security deposit is 1.5x rent.
