MOVING GUIDELINES: Schedule moves at least 1 week (7 days) in advance. Tenants must sign the Move-In/Out Agreement stating that they understand that a NON-REFUNDABLE $300.00 FEE AND A $300 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must be delivered to the HOA. A fee of $500 will be applied if the move is not scheduled. The times to move are 8 AM-12 PM, 1 PM - 5 PM, or 8 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday (except on certain Holidays listed in guidelines). The 8-5 option will result in a fee of $500 and $300 deposit. The moving company must supply the Association with a current Certificate of General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance for a minimum of $1,000,000 before the move may start (see guidelines).
