We are looking for new roommates for a Columbia Heights row house, conveniently located just 4 blocks away from the Georgia Avenue-Petworth & Columbia Heights Metro stops (Green & Yellow lines). The advertised rental is a shared living environment/room rental. International students are welcome. I also manage other properties with room rentals throughout Washington, DC. AVAILABLE ROOM OPTIONS The main available room at 743 Park Rd. NW is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom. This room is not just a room- it is a spacious 700 square feet, comparable in size to almost any efficiency/studio in the Washington, DC area. If you are willing to share, it can comfortably fit two people. The private bathroom has a large jacuzzi/whirlpool tub and shelved storage space. Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom: Approximately 700 sq. ft. — $1,600/month Fully Furnished There will also be two additional rooms becoming available on July 31. These rooms share a bathroom. The whole home is approximately 3,100 square feet in size, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and includes a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The common areas are lightly furnished with couches and dining room tables, and the kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, and toaster oven. All appliances are brand-new stainless steel suites. You must be willing to sign an annual lease- however, short-term contracts may be considered with a slight increase. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent will be due at lease signing, with the first month’s rent due at move-in. All payments are made online through my property management software.
