Good natural lighting, balcony, quiet neighbors, secluded complex with incredible nature access and yet convenient to I-91, groceries and shopping, and downtown Northampton! There is a lot to love.

2x washer and dryer units in the building basement. 1 convenient car parking spot, more available upon request from HOA. Can come furnished as-is, or not, as you prefer. I will manage directly, no management intermediary frustrations, and hope to build a friendly and respectful relationship together.
Oh, and did I mention the swimming pool? 9-foot deep-end, up to 2 guests, open all-day all-summer :D
I would say that that is the best part, but my favorite is actually the huge, professionally-maintained yards and paved walking paths with a private nature path to a beach on the Connecticut River.
