I will be away for work and am looking to sublet my apartment in High Park from June 15 – August 31. I am looking for a mature individual or couple to sublet the apartment while I am gone. The start date is somewhat flexible. The apartment is fully furnished however, towels, bedding and pillows will not be provided. Parking is available if needed (see below for rent pricing details). The pictures show the apartment with my stuff in it however, I will be removing the majority of my personal items before you move in. This is a legitimate sublet and we will sign a lease (protects us both). Apartment details: $1900 / month with parking or $1800 / month without parking includes utilities (hydro and internet) I do not have cable but do have an apple TV for you to sign into your own Netflix, Prime, etc. ½ month’s rent is required as a deposit 1 bedroom, 1 bath ~500 sqft large balcony east facing (so much light) Fully furnished: fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, fridge, crock pot, mini food processor, tea towels, all utensils, pots and pans, etc.) Location: Oakmount Rd. & Bloor St. W. steps to High Park, Roncesvalles, and Bloor West Village, Lakeshore 2 blocks from Keele or High Park subway stations Building information: Cats and smaller dogs OK Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the building, including on balcony Paid laundry is located in the basement (it is card operated and the card can be reloaded in the laundry room) bike storage available (outside is free but there is a bike locker you can rent in the parking garage) there is an outdoor pool (note that it may not be open this summer due to COVID)
