A $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicants until the application is approved and the administrative fee is received by management. A security deposit is due upon approval. First month’s rent is due prior to move-in date. UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for all utilities. PET POLICY: Adult pets (select dog breeds) are allowed with a pet screening fee of $25. In addition, a non-refundable pet deposit is required: $300 minimum for dogs and $150 minimum for cats. Monthly payments include: $25/month per dog and $15/month per cat. One time non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renters’ insurance with pet liability.
