Pets Welcome
We’re pet-friendly! A $25 pet screening fee is required at application.
* Under 50 lbs: $300 nonrefundable pet fee + $25/month
* Over 50 lbs: $500 nonrefundable pet fee + $50/month
Fees, Deposits & Utilities
Security deposits are based on credit, background, and rental history, with deposit-free options available through Obligo for qualified applicants.
20% of the security deposit will be held to cover cleaning post-move-out. This is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
A one-time $100 admin fee is due at move-in. Electric utility is in tenant's name and a monthly $75 utility fee is charged for water.
Rental Requirements
To qualify, applicants should meet the following:
* Credit/Resident score of 550+
* Net income of at least 2.5x the rent
* Successful background and landlord reference checks
