Hi future roommate! I'm a 22-year-old Biology major at Georgia State University currently living in a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment at the Capitol Gateway Apartment Complex in Downtown Atlanta. I am looking for a FEMALE roommate from Aug 2020 through Sept 2021 and will have a room available towards the beginning of August. The lease will be 12-13 months long. The apartment is fully furnished so you wouldn’t have to provide anything other than the basic common area items every once in a while along with the furniture for your room. You will have the master bedroom which comes with a walk-in closet and your own bathroom. Pets and children cannot be accommodated in this space. Your rent along with utilities should roughly be between $750-$850. I am a Christian girl who is very personable, respectful, quiet, and clean and spends a lot of my time studying.
