Very close to Sandestin shopping and restaurants, and area beaches. $40 application fee for anyone above the age of 18 that will be living on the property. We will run a credit, background and eviction report. With good credit the security deposit is equal to one months rent. If your credit is less than good or if you are lacking in credit, the deposit would go up in increments of the monthly rental rate. The owner can decide to declined the application due to the results. If you are serious about reserving the property you would need to put down a $500 reservation fee, which will go towards your security deposit once you move in, it is non-refundable if you decide not to move in. Once we are in receipt of the reservation fee, the unit is considered rented and we no longer advertise it as available.
