The Rylan is a luxury building in downtown Vista, walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The building opened in 2020, so everything in the apartment is relatively new. Apartment includes hardwood flooring, carpet in the room, new appliances, balcony view of Vista facing South Santa Fe, new washer and dryer, air conditioning and heater, modern fixtures, and much more. Occupants will also have access to the pool, jacuzzi, grills, fire pit on the rooftop, as well as gym. The Rylan also has 3 community events each month where they supply food and drinks for residents. Move in is as soon as possible or if you're looking to move mid December or end of December, please message us. The renter/s will actually be taking over our lease and will be listed as a roommate. There is a two person max for a 1 bdr apartment. We are expecting, so we'd love to move into a bigger space. Our lease ends in June 30, 2023. Something we want to be transparent about is that since the apartment is facing South Santa Fe, it can get loud due to traffic and the train. Aside from the rent base pay, your portal/app will be updated with additional monthly expenses of pest control ($3), water, trash, sewer, and a service fee ($4.65). SDGE and internet would have to be set up separately. Parking is underground and includes 1 parking space. The building is super pet friendly, in which case you can enjoy walks around downtown Vista.
