-No Pets -The tenant shall not, and shall not permit anyone to, smoke tobacco, weed or any other substance in any indoor part of the premises, the common areas or the property of which they form a part -Potential Tenant must read and agree to building's rules and regulations -Proof of civil liability insurance ($2M) prior to possession -Conditional on verification of credit score report as well as consent to check payment habits form, references if needed (at Tenant's cost) to the satisfaction of Landlord. -At the end of the lease, the Lessee shall deliver the Premises and all inclusions to the Landlord in the same condition as they were in at the beginning of the lease, except for normal wear and tear.
