Top floor has two bedrooms (carpet floor), two bathrooms (with a shower and tub); main floor has a living room (hardwood floor),a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom. Basement has two rooms (carpet floor), one full bathroom (with a shower and tub). We do not offer virtual tours and only rent to those who can view the property in person. Open house tour: 7 pm on Sunday April 26th Please email us (preferred) or send a text to schedule a tour. In your message, please introduce your group, including: How many people will move in Whether you have any pets Your expected move-in date Rental Fee and Utilities Rent is $2200 per month for a 14 months lease (from 6/03/2026 to 7/31/2027) and renewable annually thereafter (expires July 31st of each year). There is an additional flat fee of $90 per month for water, sewer, and trash removal. Snow removal, recycling, and similar services are included. You are responsible for your electricity bill, which depends on your actual usage. Zillow's $35 application includes credit and background reports, applies to an unlimited number of participating rentals for 30 days, and is a soft credit pull (does not affect your credit score). Lease Terms
Monthly rental fee is $1680 per month for 1 year lease, renewable (annually) after that. Extra $60 per month for water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal and recycle etc . You will need to pay your bills of gas and electricity, which depends on how much you used. Deposit is $1680. Application fee is $40, which will be used to check credit/criminal history and background. No smoking inside the house please. Pet policy: 2 pets maximum, $20 pet rent per month per pet, $200 pet deposit per pet (deposit is 100% refundable). Lease Terms: 1 year, renewable (annually) after that. Accepted forms of rental payment: online payment, personal check, money order. Deposit and first month rent must be paid by cash or a bank certified check.
