These have a kitchen/living combo that is smaller and will not fit oversized furniture. We also have a half-acre dog park for your pets bathroom needs. You are not allowed to take your dog outside your unit, beside your unit, etc. Must go to the dog park! Guest parking next to dog park & each tenant has 2 assigned parking spaces in front of your unit. These 2br/2.5bth units are $1175 per month, $500 deposit. $100 flat fee per month for water/trash. $35 flat fee per month for basic internet/cable through Spectrum. Total due monthly $1310. THERE IS A $25 APPLICATION FEE PER ADULT. NON-REFUNDABLE $200 PET DEPOSIT PER DOG & NO MORE THAN 2 DOGS PER UNIT DUE TO SIZE.
