Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a window A/C unit for the living room and another in the loft. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 15'1" x 14' Bedroom #1 = 9'10" x 9'7" Loft bedroom = 9'9" x 14' (about 6' is usable floor space) Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent.
