1004 Marine Street is located at the corner of 10th & Marine Streets, on University Hill. It consists of four units total (two on Marine, and two more in back on 10th Street). This great location makes it a quick walk to CU campus and just minutes down to Pearl Street.
Apartment W is the right side of the duplex on Marine Street. One bedroom is on the ground floor, and one smaller loft-style bedroom is located upstairs. The apartment has its own fenced yard - ideal for a dog. The porch is shared with neighboring apartment "E".
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a window A/C unit for the living room and another in the loft. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.

Living room = 15'1" x 14'
Bedroom #1 = 9'10" x 9'7"
Loft bedroom = 9'9" x 14' (about 6' is usable floor space)
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
