Hi All, About the Room: Looking for someone who is interested in taking over my roommates room in a 2BR/2BA in Quincy Plaza October 1st or sometime soon after then. The rent (that includes electricity, heat, water, and trash) is $1,375.00 (per person). The apartment is roommate style (see pictures and/or Ditmar website). I have attached pictures and can provide more upon request. The room will come unfurnished, has its own closed off bathroom and walk in closest (and a view of the pool on the quieter side of the building), and also has its own thermostat. Parking and cable are extra, and I can provide more information about both. The lease is a month-to-month lease (with a 60-day notice). About Me: I am a 25-yr old male with a steady job working for the government in Washington, D.C. I keep pretty busy with grad school at night, tennis in the summer, and work during the week.
