I am looking for a clean, responsible, financially-stable roommate to move into a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment between the Castro and Mission. A block away from the Church/Market MUNI line and a 10 minute walk from BART. Whole Foods is downstairs, Safeway across the street, and plenty of restaurants, banks, and shops within short walking distance. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the 38 Dolores apartment complex. The front door opens out onto a large rooftop patio which has an amazing view of Twin Peaks and Sutro Tower, complete with lounge chairs, fire pit, gas BBQ, and beautiful community room. The apartment has a balcony which faces 14th Street and also has wonderful views of Twin Peaks/Sutro Tower and all of the south side of San Francisco.
