Hey there, Male young professional looking for a roommate in a great downtown apartment. Rent is $850 a month which includes all utilities, TV/internet, and parking. Unit is available 7/10 onward. Here are the deets: The Unit: * 2 bedroom, 2 full bath * Your bedroom and bathroom would be on the corner (double the windows!) overlooking the pool * Big closets & a modern bathroom all to yourself * Modern kitchen with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances * Spacious living room with balcony overlooking Main St and downtown * I've already got kitchen appliances/dishes, a 40-something inch TV, and couches * Modern washer & dryer in the unit * Parking: sticker for the lot down below (first come first serve). We would also split a dedicated covered spot (we've been doing 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, but we could come to whatever arrangement we work out). There's also a good bit of street parking around for guests. The Building: * Trolley Commons building * 5-10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants in the Bottom (Uber ride to the Bottom is like $3 if you're super lazy) * Great, super nice management staff * Includes outdoor pool/patio (gas grills, big screen TV, cornhole, gas firepit) * Gym access within the complex * Key-fob entry for security, and big elevator to help with the move * Building shares a block with Station 2 (burger restaurant/pub), ABC store, convenience store, and a hair salon Who I am/What I'm looking for: * I'm a white male young professional working for a bank in town. * Travel pretty regularly on the weekends and sometimes during the week for work. * I love to cook and grill out. Happy to cook together if that's something you're into. * I don't go out as much as I used to, but am known to hit the night life or happy hours. * I'm really easy going as far as music/partying go, but try to keep it down after midnight on weekdays. * Big fan of college sports. I also play ice hockey, go to the gym regularly, and do some rec sports now and then. * Looking for a male young professional to join me.
