The house is located on a culdesac in a very safe area that is close to everything (Wal-Mart, University of South Alabama). Currently under construction, this apartment will be move-in ready August 15th. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with combination living/dining area. Stack-able washer and dryer connections available. Rent is $795 per month plus utilities. A $500 dollar refundable deposit is required but will be returned at move- out if the apartment is left clean and damage free. Our family lives in the upstairs part of the house so we prefer drama free, quiet, and respectful tenants. We will do the same. There is a private entrance to the apartment.
