#520 I am UBC student looking for ONE roommate to occupy the master bedroom in my apartment in Chinatown. I have a cute cat, so it's necessary to like cats. I'm a very tidy person, so I'd appreciate someone with similar habits. I'd prefer to live with another student or young person (26 or younger) who can pay the rent on time every month. The building was completed in 2012, so it's fairly new. You pay half of the utilities and half of the internet. Looking for somebody long term. Prefer female or gay male roommate.
