There is possibility to renew the lease in september for a year. The apartment is located in the area of Guy Concordia : there are multiple shops 24hours and the metro is 300metres away. The apartment is on the 18th floor of a building that includes a pool/sauna with terrace on the rooftop and a depanneur inside the building open late. The building also has laundry and drying machines that works with a card. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the rooms will be occupied. The apartment is entirely furnished. The apartment has a lot of light and a beautiful view. The internet is set up in the apartment and costs 35per room. The rent is 715 for the biggest room. I can sell my furniture for a reasonable price since I am leaving the country : it includes a 2 person bed, a huge desk, a comfortable chair and a dresser. Le building a une piscine au 20 etage avec un sauna et 2 terraces. Il y a des machines a laver le linge et seche linge dans le batiment qui fonctionnent a carte. L'apartement est entierement meublé ainsi que la chambre. Je veux bien ceder mes meubles de chambre ainsi que le reste des choses dans l'apartement pour un prix raisonable. Le prix de la chambre tout inclus est 715 dollars (electricité, eau, chauffage) et la chambre contient un lit double, un grand bureau, une chaise de bureau et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. L'internet coute environ 35$ par chambre.
