This Studio is large and features a sleeping area that is separate from the living room space. Out of all the apartments we have across the metro, this is one of our most often requested apartments. Why? Because it would be a one bedroom apartment if the bedroom space had a window in it. But because the bedroom doesn't have a window, we call it a studio and you get it for studio prices! We also have off-street parking, on-site laundry, all new kitchen and very spacious closets in the unit. Landlord pays for heat, water and garbage. You only pay for electricity.
