Utilities + Cable internet/tv are included in the rent. Convenient 10 minute walk from downtown Silver Spring and the Metro station. You'd stay with a 28-year-old, male graphic designer and artist. I don't throw big parties and I'm not a noisy guy. I am also responsible and pay things on time. You are a young professional (male or female) who is similarly chill, considerate, mature and responsible. You are looking to stay for at least 6 months. I'm open to pets, but no dogs -- sadly they're the only thing I'm allergic to.
