The current roommate is leaving, and I'm looking to take over the current lease with someone new. On weekends, I'm usually sleeping in, socializing with friends or exploring DC. It's a peaceful apartment overlooking a highly energetic neighborhood. I prefer a roommate who enjoys keeping things clean and organized, washes after themselves and respects both their room and common areas.
