I am looking for a roommate for a vacant bedroom in my 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment at 1112 M St, NW starting December 1, 2013. My roommate of ~15 months will be looking for housing in a different area of DC. Living in this apartment has been a great experience for me and I would prefer to find a new roommate than find new housing. The apartment: 8th floor with a great view facing north, 2 bedrooms (mine is smaller), 1 bathroom, kitchen (includes all typical appliances except dishwasher), common area (see photos), AC/heat in your bedroom and common area The building: Washing machines and dryer room, small gym, bike storage, parking garage/lot for extra price Rent: Since I have lived here for over a year, it is a month-to-month lease. The rent is $1380/month and includes all utilities/electric. Only thing not included is cable/internet. Location: Incredible. Walking distance from everything you need. A little about myself: 25-year old gay male, work full-time at GWU and take classes as PhD student at night so I am not around all the time. Prefer quiet, clean, respectful roommates of any gender.
