Hello! My roommate just moved out and I am looking for someone to take his room. I am a very busy student and spend most of my time in class or studying. I have 1 dog and 1 cat. I am a nonsmoker, and rarely drink. The apartment is very clean. There is one bedroom available that is completely empty, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, there is a washer/dryer/work out facility just a few yards away from the apartment. And it is located just a short 10 min walk from campus. I am asking $450/month and that would cover everything (rent, utilities, internet). There is no need for a security deposit.
