AUGUST 1st-I found out I got a relocation with my job:( We just moved in end of May and with this news, we are both very sad to have to leave. The building is great....its a 2 bed 1 bath Highrise. 24 hr doorman, on site Dry cleaners... Rent includes Gym, Deck, Pool, etc We pay Electric plus rent. THIS POST WAS ORIGINALLY for a 1 bed sublet however we both have decided to get 1 beds. Nothing to do with building, she just does not want to live with a stranger. I am including some pictures, we have since painted and re arranged furniture so these were taken last week right after we originally moved in. There is a non-refundable $30 background check fee that goes along with it. You can pay via paypal.com or some other money transfer to an e-mail address or mail a check to me You can either mail the application with the check, or scan it and e-mail back as an attachment. We can't run the background check without your signature. We will need a separate application and background check for your roomate as well. 1.The building requires renters insurance(we didnt have it at first...it was less than $15/month) super easy process 2.There is a $500 non-refundable move in fee and a $500 refundable elevator hold fee(you write the check and they rip it up that day as long as nothing is damaged)...3.You have to sign some building forms (acknowledge the rules, personal contact info etc)takes 2 seconds 4. sign lease- once we get everything else handled 5. BACKGROUND CHECK (submit and pass it) 6. ANSWER the following: Do you have a bike? Do you have a pet?
